For this purpose, we will create a new system to realize their potential in knowledge, culture, art and sports, and to encourage entrepreneurship [2] .  S havkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev          English is one of the world's official languages and the current globalization process needs close relationships with other countries, everyone wants to learn another language. As our first President proclaimed, learning a foreign language helps our country move forward. The development of science in general, and linguistic science in particular, is linked not only to the solution of actual scientific problems, but also to the state's internal and foreign policy, as well as the maintenance of state educational standards, which are the generators of progress in social and economic society. Development of a science as a whole and a linguistic science, in particular is connected not only to the decision of actuality scientific problems, but also with features internal and foreign policy of state, the maintenance of state educational standards which are to the generators of progress providing social, economic society.
