The Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan is regulated by the "Code on Administrative Liability". This code was adopted on September 22, 1994. The code contains a total of 575 articles. Administrative offenses are usually considered minor violations and are punishable by fines or other administrative penalties. In 2022, over 2.5 million administrative offenses were recorded in Uzbekistan. Violations of traffic rules are the most common in this category. The amount of fines specified for such violations can range from an average of 500,000 soums to 5 million soums
