It is calculated with monthly, quarterly, and daily basis and allocated to information library resources that are stored for long, medium, and temporary durations. It is allocated to local information library resources for which permanent storage conditions are required, as well as inventory numbers for information library resources accepted for storage and calculated for permanent storage
