Uyushiq bo‘lak forms a unique syntactic function in the sentence by connecting two or more equal elements in the relationship of parity. These elements can be linked by such connectors as "and", "also", "or", "or perhaps" or separated by commas. For example, in the sentence "There are birds and butterflies in the garden," "birds" and "butterflies" are uyushiq bo‘laklar
