Non-verbal communication includes body language, gestures, facial expressions, and eye contact, comprising around 55% of communication cues. Written communication involves any message in written form, such as emails, letters, or texts, which provides clarity and record-keeping. Visual communication uses visual elements like charts, graphs, and images to convey information effectively. Each type has its specific use, benefits, and challenges, and effective communication often involves a combination of these types
